2018 Summary of Announcements

We launched a new My ACP Decisions Platform in 2018!

We started off 2018 by launching a completely new version of the My ACP Decisions platform for web browsers and mobile devices. This new version offered a more intuitive way to browse our ever-growing list of languages and diverse content, added support for patient surveys, added the ability to issue multiple codes at once (batch ordering), and introduced enhanced reporting for clinicians and administrators. In the spring, we added advanced search to the library and users screen, support for setting the order in which videos are played for a patient, and introduced a new design for patient directions. We spent the summer and fall adding a more advanced support ticketing system, improving the user management experience for administrators, upgrading patient surveys to support Spanish, and introducing new tools for drilling down and pulling raw data on a per user or per video basis. The year ended with a renewed focus on performance and speed, with some exciting new features planned for early 2019.
