Troubleshooting Tips: Problems Accessing Downloaded Content

Are you having problems with a video or PDF that you downloaded from the ACP Tools app? We are here to help. Here is a quick run through of how to address the issue.

Step One: Remove the Problematic File

Tap the Downloads Tab.

Swipe Left on the Video or Guide and tap Remove File.

Confirm that you would like to remove the file by tapping Delete.

Step Two: Locate the File & Re-Download it

Locate the file and re-download it to complete the process.
