Re-Downloading Content

Note: This article relates to the ACP Tools Mobile App for iOS and Android.

We may issue corrections or improve videos and documents in the library from time to time depending on user feedback and quality standards. Although these changes occur automatically in the ACP Tools Mobile App, video and PDF files that downloaded prior to the update will not automatically reflect new changes. We are working on improving this process to notify users when files they have specifically downloaded have been updated.

To remove and re-download a file:

1. Tap the Downloads Tab.
2. Swipe Left on the Video or Guide and tap Remove File.
   
3. Confirm that you would like to remove the file by tapping Delete.
4. Locate the file and re-download it to complete the process.
