How Nurses Facilitate the Advance Care Planning Process

    (3 min read)

Nurses impact patient care and make a difference in peoplesโ€™ lives every single day. As front-line caregivers, they advocate for their patients and use evidence-based practices to promote optimal outcomes. Many provide skilled care and comfort for patients and their families at the end of life. Nurses are the ones always present at the bedside, treating patients with compassion and attentiveness โ€“ earning trust every step of the way. So it comes as no surprise that nursing has been rated as the most ethical and honest profession in the U.S. for nearly two decades.

The Latest Technology Platform Fixes & Enhancements

๐Ÿ“ฃ๐ŸŒŸNew Feature: ACP Decisions Quick Start๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ“ฃ

Are your clinicians too busy to login to the system to view content or prescribe codes?

ACP Decisions Quick Start was inspired by the desire to make it as easy as possible to share information with your patients during the pandemic and beyond. We do this by providing pre-made codes that are accessible via simple links. Because the codes are pre-made, clinicians do not need to access the platform to view or share content. The same links can be shared with multiple patients and clinicians.

More details about this feature can be found in your email inbox with subject: Tackle Vaccine Hesitancy using the *New* ACP Decisions Quick Start on April 16th. If you're interested in enabling this feature for your organization for any of the videos in our video collection, please contact Read here for more information about how to share directions from the iOS app.

Be sure to check with your IS team about the resources and protocols in place at your organization for sharing details with patients electronically before using these features.
