Sharing Patient Codes via Email on iOS Devices

From the ACP Tools iOS app, you have additional sharing options when issuing patient codes.

Your options may look different from the options in the screenshots below. This depends on the device type (iPhone versus iPad), the iOS version, and any restrictions your IT team may have placed on your device. The screenshots below show this procedure on an iPhone. These steps are the same on an iPad.

Email Patient Codes from the iOS App

1. Create a new code or locate an existing order that you would like to share

2. Choose Share Directions next to the code

3. Select Mail from the sharing options
4. Enter the patient's email address and Send your message

5. The email your patient receives will appear as follows
