Resetting a Shared Clinician Account's Password
How do I reset a shared clinician account's password?
Select the Users tab.
- Select the User whose password needs to be changed.
Move the toggle Change Password toggle to the right.
Enter the new password in both the Password box. Confirm the password box and provide the email(s) of the individuals who will be using these credentials.
5. Then click Save.
6. The email addresse(s) will then receive an email that looks like this.
