Resetting a Shared Clinician Account's Password

How do I reset a shared clinician account's password?

  1. Select the  Users tab.

  2. Select the User whose password needs to be changed. 
  3. Move the toggle Change Password toggle to the right. 

  4. Enter the new password in both the Password box. Confirm the password box.  You may (but are not required to) provide the email(s) of the individuals who will be using these credentials. If you do not provide an email address, you will need to notify each User of this change directly.

    5. Then click Save.

    6. The email addresse(s) will then receive an email that looks like this.
