Resetting Your Password

Note: This article is intended for administrators and clinicians with individual accounts. If you are using an account with a shared username and password, your administrator must change this password for you.

Changing Your Password

  1. Visit
  2. Choose Clinician Sign In.
  3. Select the "Forgot your password?" link.
  4. Enter your Email Address or Username. Then click Reset Password. If your email is in our system, we will send you a link to set up a new password.

5. Open the link sent to your email.

6. Enter your new password and then confirm it. Then click Update Password and Sign In.
