Resetting Your Password
Note: This article is intended for administrators and clinicians with individual accounts. If you are using an account with a shared username and password, your administrator must change this password for you.
Changing Your Password
- Visit https://my.acpdecisions.org.
- Choose Clinician Sign In.
- Select the Forgot Your Password link.
- Enter your email address or username.
- Choose Submit. If your email is in our system, we will send you a link to setup a new password.
- Open the link sent to your email.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Update and Login to complete the password reset process.
