Resetting Your Password
Note: This article is intended for administrators and clinicians with individual accounts. If you are using an account with a shared username and password, your administrator must change this password for you.
Changing Your Password
- Visit https://my.acpdecisions.org.
- Choose Clinician Sign In.
- Select the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Enter your Email Address or Username. Then click Reset Password. If your email is in our system, we will send you a link to set up a new password.
5. Open the link sent to your email.
6. Enter your new password and then confirm it. Then click Update Password and Sign In.
