This past year has been a busy one at ACP Decisions. We’ve welcomed new staff members, added a multitude of content to the library and further improved both the web portal and mobile apps.

2021 Technology Platform Enhancements & Fixes

Editable Orders

With our new Edit Order feature, you can take an existing order and remove or add content. You can find this feature on the Orders tab under the Order Details.

Highlighting New Content in the Content Library

On the top left of the Content Library, you can now find "New Content", in the Highlights section. This area includes all new content published in the last 30 days.

ACP Decisions Quick Start
Quick Start makes it easier to share information with your patients. We do this by providing pre-made codes that are accessible via simple links. Because the codes are pre-made, clinicians do not need to access the platform to view or share content. The same links can be shared with multiple patients and clinicians. 

Epic EHR Instruction Import

Clinicians can access ACP Decisions’ content through Epic EHR. This new capability enables providers to seamlessly prescribe relevant content that can be easily accessed by their patients. The import is done on a per account basis.

Get the Guide

For videos that have corresponding handouts, the handout will now be automatically available to patients via the Get the Guide button that appears in the video player.

White Label

Would you like for patients to see your organization's logo when accessing their prescribed content? Send us a 425px x 170px version of your logo and we can add it to your account.


👷🏼🔨Fixes & Enhancements:👷🏼🔨

Content Feature Updates (for Admins):

The number of items that can be featured for clinicians increased from 4 to 5. We've also added a search bar that allows you to quickly pull up the content of your choice.

Front-end Library Update

While it may not look any different, the underlying engines and motors have been swapped out, providing you a faster, more robust, and better experience. 

Video View Threshold

The reporting tab shows video views with completion rates greater than or equal to 80% by default. This threshold can now be changed on a per account basis. 

Platform Tutorials  

We've added more content to our product tutorials and training section in the content library. These tutorials are now presented when you log-in to the web app for the first time. You can also return to the tutorials by clicking "Tutorial" on the menu under "My Profile".

iOS App Update with Bug Fix 

We released an update to the ACP Tools iOS App (Version 2.3.7). The latest version includes performance improvements and resolves an issue where the library may not automatically refresh resulting in trouble getting the videos to load. 

Ongoing Infrastructure Update

Our technology team is working hard to create a more resilient and reliable technology infrastructure. These improvements will allow us to support new integrations and features in the future that will better meet your needs.
