My Profile: How to Access My Resources on an iOS Device

This article outlines how clinicians can access useful resources within the ACP Tools app to achieve the best mobile experience possible.

This feature is currently available only on the iOS app.

What resources are available to me?

Within the ACP Tools app, clinicians can quickly access the following resources:

How do I access my resources from the mobile app?

1. On the ACP Tools app, click on the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner

2. In the Profile popup, select either "Troubleshooting, Tips, FAQ" or "User Guide" depending on your needs. ("Troubleshooting, Tips, FAQ" has been selected in the example below.)

Tip: Under "Account Info", you can find another useful feature called My Usage, which is linked to your Viewing History.

3. A web browser will open in the app for your convenience.
