Installing ACP Tools on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

Before You Get Started

The ACP Tools App requires iOS 16.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Please review our minimum system requirements with your IT team before beginning your project.

Downloading the Application from the Apple App Store

ACP Tools needs to be downloaded from the Apple App Store. The IT department at your organization may manage this process for you (and not allow you to install apps). If you are able to install apps yourself, follow the steps below. Otherwise, speak with your project leadership to complete the process.

Follow the steps below to download the My ACP Tools App onto your iOS device.

Open the App Store on your Device.

Select the Search Tab.

Enter "ACP Tools" and tap Search.

Tap the Get button.

If you have previously downloaded this app, you may see a cloud with a download arrow.

When the app has finished downloading, tap the Open button.

You can now Sign In or Redeem a Code using the ACP Tools App. Tap either button and follow the onscreen instructions to complete either process.
