We finished up 2023 on a solid note and appreciate your feedback on how we can better meet the needs of our organizational partners and the patients and families that they serve.

2023 Year in Review
In 2023, we released:
- Approximately 25 videos 📹
- Approximately 45 patient brochures 📄
We also continued improving our technology infrastructure:
- Platform/API: We made backend upgrades; implemented new password policies; improved our analysis and server infrastructure; made security configuration and PhP Symphony & Angular updates; updated our AWS infrastructure; implemented PDF print fixes; added QR code functionality; implemented new security monitors; and improved our reporting capabilities 🖥️💻
- IoS: We released multiple updates to improve search functionality; fixed the "What's New?" feature functionality; fixed and updated the patient experience with improved code redemption and collection and image viewing; fixed our PDF download feature; and updated mobile app crash telemetry software 📱
- Android: We released an Android 13 upgrade; fixed the "What's New?" feature functionality; updated legal notices; updated screens and layout design when patients redeem codes; and updated mobile app crash telemetry software 📱

The Latest Technology Platform Fixes & Enhancement
👷🔨Ongoing Infrastructure Update🔨👷
In December we:
- Improved the patient experience, including placement of buttons and survey accessibility and upgrading an Angular backend environment component in the myACP Decisions web application;
- Continued work on framework updates and upgrades in the myACP Decisions API; and
- Continued work on improving database infrastructure to support additional reporting capabilities.
