Making Your Password More Secure
We unfortunately live in a world where hackers and malicious software are becoming more sophisticated and determined to take advantage of security weaknesses.
Passwords provide the first line of defense against hackers and malicious software. The stronger your password, the more protected you and your patients are.
The Process to Make Your Password More Secure
Did you receive an email indicating that you needed to change your password that looked something like this?
Click Reset Password Now in the email to be taken to a screen that looks like this. If you click on the ℹ️ you will see the password requirements on the screen which can guide you during this process.
Please enter a new password that:
1) Contains at least 8 or more characters;
2) Contains at least one uppercase letter;
3) Contains at least one numeral; and
4) Is not the same or similar to the last 3 passwords that were used.
That's it! You should be all set and able to login with your new (and improved) password.
