Happy New Year! 🎉🎇 

We ended 2022 with a bang! We released new video content and continued our work on our tech infrastructure.   

ACP Decisions’ technology infrastructure upgrades and work continue and we always welcome your feedback on how we can better meet your needs and the needs of your patients. We were working hard to make our platform faster, have a better user experience, and more secure.  We'll be releasing a major update shortly.

Sutter Health's AIM Program Integrates ACP Decisions' Videos into Interdisciplinary Workflows to Improve Serious Illness Care (4 minute read)

Conversations about serious illness care can be the most difficult of all communication scenarios. Advance care planning (ACP) is central to the AIM program’s efforts to ensure that the care patients receive aligns with their wishes and goals. Sutter Health’s Advanced Illness Management (AIM) program nurse-led interdisciplinary teams uses the ACP Decisions video library and platform to coordinate and provide high-quality, value-based care to patients living with serious illnesses.

What's New in the My ACP Decisions Video Library

In November we released over 30 brochures and 20 videos in five (Hindi, Nepali, Korean, Italian, and Spanish) languages: 

  • Seventeen videos and seven brochures in Hindi ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡³
  • Fifteen brochures in Nepali🇳🇵
  • Three videos and three brochures in Spanish ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡¸
  • Ten brochures in Korean ðŸ‡°ðŸ‡·
  • One brochure in Italian ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡¹
