October was not just about tricking and treating for the ACP Decisions Team.  We released new video content and continued our work on our tech infrastructure.  We've also published another blog post about billing for advance care planning discussions.

 Munson Healthcare's Palliative Care Team Implements ACP Decisions' Video Library to Enhance Serious Illness Care Discussions (3 minute read)

Learn how Munson Healthcare, which services over a half million residents across 30 counties in northern Michigan, implemented ACP Decisions’ Video Library to support serious illness care discussions.  Their initiative has helped them streamline goals-of-care conversations and prepare patients for initial conversations about palliative care.
