When Content Will Not Load In The iOS App

You can try the following to troubleshoot the app not loading content:

Check If You Have a Valid Internet Connection

The app requires an internet connection to perform most tasks. Open an app like Safari to verify that you can load websites like google.com or acpdecisions.org to test if your device has a valid WiFi or Cellular connection.

If you have a valid internet connection but cannot connect to the iOS ACP Tools app, you should consider restarting your mobile device.

If Using Cellular Data, Make Sure The App Is Enabled

Even if you have cellular data on your device, it may be disabled for the ACP Tools App. Navigate to Settings > Cellular Data on your device and locate "ACP Tools" in the list under the "Apps by Usage" section. Select it to make sure "Cellular Data" is enabled.

Swipe Down within the ACP Tools App

If there is a valid internet connection, swiping down in the Feature and Library screens will reload the content within the app.

Sign Out then Sign Back In Again

Once you have verified that there is a valid internet connection, signing out and then signing back will reload the content within the app.
