Playing Video Content for Patients (Face to Face/Telephonic Experience)

How do I play a video for a patient?

Follow the steps below on how to select and view a video with a patient.

1. Visit  https://my.acpdecisions.org and choose Clinician Sign In.
2. Login using the account information you received from your organization. Note that, as the clinician, you will need to accept the liability notice each time you log into the platform.
3. Locate the video you would like to play. 
4. Have the patient or surrogate read the liability waiver. Select I Agree and Understand if the patient wishes to proceed.
5. You will be taken to a new page and the video will begin playing automatically.
