Where do I go if I have a question?

My ACP Decisions includes documentation, like this article, for common tasks within the application. If you have a question, you can access helpful articles by clicking the User Guide link in the footer menu at the bottom of the page.

The User Guide includes information on topics pertaining to the My ACP Decisions web-based platform and ACP Tools mobile apps (iOS and Android).

What if I can't find what I am looking for?

If you cannot find the answer to your question in the User Guide, you can also use our chat box feature for assistance.

1. Click Get Help in the upper right menu if you are already signed in. 

2. Please read the disclaimer that is shown and click Accept to continue. 

3. Once you've clicked Accept, a chat window will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen. Where it says "What can we help you with?" type in your question and hit Enter to see if we can provide any Instant Answers to your inquiry.   Please do not provide any PHI or PII.

4. If you don't find the information you're looking for, click on the Ask header located in the upper right corner of the chat box to Send a Message to one of our team members.   Please do not provide any PHI or PII.

The Send a Message feature can be used for questions, comments, or feedback but please do not include any PHI or PII.
